How incorporation typically works
Exact timing depends on name availability, document readiness and Companies Registry processing.
1. Instruct & name check
Confirm proposed English (and Chinese, if any) company name. We run a name search.
2. Provide particulars
Share director, shareholder, share capital and registered office details (see checklist below).
3. File e-incorporation
We prepare and submit incorporation documents to the Companies Registry.
4. Receive company kit
CI, BR, AA, SCR setup, green box and first-year CS engagement begin.

- Nature of business / principal activities
- Share capital structure and shareholding
- Particulars of each director and shareholder (identity documents)
- Significant controller information for SCR
- Registered office preference (ours available as an add-on)
- Company secretary appointment (included for year one in the package)
